The NPS Preservation and Skills Training  (P.A.S.T) program was hosted by NCPTT and the Cane River Creole National Historical Park in February.  NCPTT staff members provided hands-on sessions to 22 participants.

Topics included preservation of historic landscapes, cemeteries, and structures.  A half day field session was held in American Cemetery, where participants learned the fundamentals of cleaning grave markers, evaluated preservation problems, and took part in historic lime wash preparation and application.
