On September 11, NCPTT partnered with the Preservation Trades Network to support High School Day preceding the 2014 International Preservation Trades Workshops (IPTW) at Belmont College in St. Clairsville, OH. Almost 70 students, teachers, and parents from area high schools participated in hands-on, interactive demonstrations on preservation trade skills including masonry, metalwork, stained glass, wood window restoration, and decorative finishes. IPTW was hosted by Belmont’s Building Preservation/Restoration program, one of the oldest and most recognized programs of its kind in the nation.
