NCPTT

The National Center for Preservation Technology and Training (NCPTT) is part of the National Park Service. NCPTT is an unique program in the federal government, as it leverages a small investment in federal dollars to provide a significant return to the historic preservation community across the United States. Founded by the amendments made in 1992 to the National Historic Preservation Act, the Center stimulates technology transfer from the academic and private sectors into the disciplines of archeology, architecture, landscape architecture and museum conservation, providing training and information resources to laymen and professionals working to preserve historic resources around the country. Please see our website for more information, or contact us at (318) 356-7444.
