NCPTT’s Andrew Ferrell recently completed a detail in Texas to assist FEMA with recovery efforts related to Hurricane Ike. He worked in the Austin and Beaumont areas. Mr. Ferrell has previously assisted FEMA after hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
