The Work Order Reporting Kiosk (WORK) application has been updated to include a daily timesheet and the ability to record credit card transactions to work orders. WORK is linked directly to the Facility Management Software System (FMSS). Through the FMSS work orders it is also linked to the QuickTime application for payroll reporting. Therefore, reporting time onto the work orders by using the WORK application can eliminate the need to do “double entry” by reporting the same time to QuickTime automatically. Time keeping need only be done in WORK and it will transfer over to QuickTime and FBMS for payroll purposes. This course will teach users the process for using the WORK application.


Participants will be able to:

  • Record hours worked to WORK timesheet
  • Record credit card transactions in WORK
