One-week workshop on masonry conservation and traditional lime mortars in Nantucket, Mass., Aug. 1-7, 2010.

This one-week workshop will include assessment of existing conditions, site preparation, removal of inappropriate mortar, cleaning of joints, filling joints neatly, and final dressing of joints. Learn these skills in a truly hands-on environment in one of America’s most historic places.

The workshop, hosted by University of Florida Preservation Institute: Nantucket and NCPTT, will be held in Nantucket, Mass., Aug. 1-7, 2010.  The cost of tuition and accommodations is $1,200.00.
