Anonymous_Magnifying_glassWhat can you do with mud, moss, and water?  Learn how French colonists combined these three ingredients to build their houses, and try your hand at creating “bousillage.”

Anonymous_Magnifying_glassWhat lies beneath the surface?  Go on an archeological ‘dig’ to uncover artifacts from earlier days and discover our local history.

Anonymous_Magnifying_glassWhat happened on the Hill? Follow the clues to discover how Normal Hill changed from a 19th-century convent into Northwestern State University.

Anonymous_Magnifying_glassWhat’s in a tombstone?  Explore the oldest cemetery in Natchitoches Parish and discover what grave markers can reveal about our past.

Camp will include both inside and outside activities.  Snacks and water will be provided.

Instructors:  NCPTT staff and summer interns

Attire: Students should dress for the weather.

Registration:  Limited to 20 students.  Payment in full is
