Carol Chin

Carol Chin holds a Ph.D. in Marine Geology from Oregon State University.  Additionally she has served on the Corvallis Historic Preservation Advisory Board and was the recipient of the Elisabeth Walton Potter Historic Preservation Award in 2003.
